Scheduling pickup

Two weeks notice needed

Even though our system will allow pickups in less than 2 weeks, we may cancel them unless we confirm it with you by phone. Some of our menu items take time to procure, prepare and cook.

How much to order

Half Pans feed 10-20 people, full pans feed 20-40 people

A half pan is about 12"x10" and full pans are about 12"x20", both are filled about 2" deep

Minimum quantities

Please observe minimum quantities when listed

For your convenience, we sell some items like chicken and ribs by the exact quantity you need. However, you must order at least the minimum quantity shown in the description. Our computer system, however, does not have a way to set a minimum!

Pickup times

Tue - Sun 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

We can make special arrangements for pickup outside of our normal hours if needed. While we are normally closed Mondays, you can make special arrangements for a Monday pickup if needed.

Pickup location

Loading zone between Pub and Barn

Please park in the loading zone, then see the host or bartender in Power's Inn & Pub unless we gave you a phone number to call. We will bring your food to you and help you load your vehicle.

Serving times

Serve within 2 hours

All food is provided ready to serve. If you cannot serve it within two hours, then keep hot foods above 140°F and cold foods below 40°F.
